Q. I received a photo ticket for speeding, should I plead not guilty, can I win or should I just pay it?
A. We encourage you to plead not guilty to all tickets whether you feel you are guilty or not. In many cases with photo tickets people were not even aware they may have been speeding. Because of low threshold settings on the cameras, you could get caught at a low speed above what you thought was the speed limit. Example is someone ticketed for 63 in a 50kph zone. Due to poor signage you may have thought it was a 60 zone. Also mistakes happen or illegal enforcement that could get your case thrown out.
Q. I got a red light camera ticket, what should I do? I thought I made it through on time.
A. Again we suggest you plead not guilty and set up a court date. The high majority of tickets issued occur in the 1st second of the signal change. There are changes happening all over North America and other parts of the world as this scam becomes more exposed. Pleading not guilty protects you in case your jurisdiction shuts down it's program. Also there are some viable defenses for the tickets.

A. Yes! Although geared towards the Canadian Court system, there are many similarities. Aside from some different procedural differences, the common sense tactics could be used in any court setting, even in other countries. Q. Is your book available as an ebook?
A. At this time no. Over the last year and a half as I have been developing the book, I have been working with different people and helping them with their tickets. We have found that people want the physical book because it is set up like a work book with pages for notes and room in the margins for more notes. people found with the ebook they had to make their notes in a separate file or papers, which got separated and made them feel unprepared.
