Wise Up Winnipeg Rally Survey
Welcome to the Wise Up Winnipeg Rally Survey.
I have placed this survey at my Traffic Ticket Guru Site because the tools with this web host 'Site Build It' allow me to create this survey form which will then graph out for me what time and day will give us the maximum amount of Rally Participants.
To date the City, Province, WPS or ACS have not replied to our email requests for an open public debate on Photo Enforcement. They have yet to respond to us at all in fact. Why not send them an email and ask them why. Here are the links to do so;

Let them know how you feel about their Photo Enforcement Program
It appears that they are sitting back to see if we are going to be typical Complacent Manitobans who will bitch about something but not do anything about it.
Let's show them that not only are we not going to become complacent and go away, we are going to continue in momentum until something is done.
Imagine a line of people and signs hundreds of yards long leading up to an intersection camera. Things like that will get the attention of all the parties involved.
We know that our sign placements are making a difference and are hurting them in the pocketbook. That is why they are hoping we'll dry up and blow away. Let's show them that's not going to happen!
"Individual commitment to a group effort --
that is what makes a team work
a company work, a society work, a civilization work."
- Vince Lombardi
You have until 10:00pm on Tuesday to make your entry, after that we will send emails and notifications on Facebook as to when the rally or rallies will be.
The Dates in question for the Saturday and Sunday is the 24th and 25th of October. The locations will be the camera intersections at Henderson/Gilmore and Marion/Dufrense. We have proof that both cameras are producing amber times of less then 4.0 seconds due to the continued use of older mechanical signals lights.
