I am pleased to announce that I have teamed up with Todd Dube a local Winnipeg citizen to form WiseUpWinnipeg.com Todd's a local Winnipeg businessman and is helping to draw further attention to how the City's photo enforcement program does not make streets safer and is being used and abused as a revenue source.
